Using 152 acres of land, lakes and fields as the backdrop, YMCA Camp Minikani provides education and community programs that:Educate students and our community to understand our environment, and our connection to our ecosystem.Engage people to actively use our natural spaces and adopt sustainable practices.Empower tomorrow’s generation to embrace nature and new perspectives.

Traditional Day Camp

Ages 7 - 12 

7:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m., Monday – Friday 

Offered all one-week sessions

Day camp offers almost all of the benefits of traditional camp — new experiences, skill building, a sense of community and lasting friendships — in the outdoor beauty of Camp Minikani, while allowing campers to return home each evening. Mornings are spent in camper-selected favorite activities, while afternoons are spent in fun group activities.

Overnight campers have the opportunity to explore nature, try new activities, gain independence, and make lasting friendships and memories. Campers choose their own activities and also participate in counselor-planned activities for their whole cabin group.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND FAMILY CAMP
May 22 - 25, 2015Searching for a fun and family-oriented Memorial Day Weekend? Join us at YMCA Camp Minikani for a unique family vacation this year. Camp Minikani has activities that every member of the family can enjoy! Enjoy four days and three nights on the shores of Amy Belle Lake with your family. Camp Minikani provides a variety of activities that excite all ages.  Some activities are just for adults, while others are specifically for children. However, most activities are for everyone! The best part is that activities are supervised by YMCA Camp Minikani staff and you can come and go as you please.  Let Camp Minikani do the cooking, cleaning and planning. You just need to bring the family and have fun!Prices starting at $610 for a family of 4, but vary based upon cabin type and number of people in your group. Contact us for more information.
