SUMMER CAMP

Does your daughter have an appetite for adventure? From the adrenaline rush of tackling our high ropes course or rock climbing wall to the exhilaration of the stage in our drama program or the thrill of creation in arts and crafts, Camp Wind-in-the Pines Day and resident camp programs offer something to satisfy every girls’ taste.

We’ve been building girls of courage, confidence and character over 85 summers. Day camp continues that rich tradition with Camp Wind-in-the-Pine, located on Gallows Pond, offers a wide variety of activities including arts and crafts, sports and games, swimming, boating, adventure courses. 

Our Resident Camp offers access to the premier adventure sports camp for girls, and features a state-of the-art challenge and adventure facility with not only a 20-foot rock face climbing wall, but an outdoor challenge course, bouldering cave and 35-foot high ropes course.

Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts offers 4 resident, 6 day, and 2 family overnight camp programs. Most of our camp programs serve girls in grades 1-12, but new this year is a camp program for girls in kindergarten. Our camps are located throughout eastern Massachusetts and in central and southern New Hampshire. 

DAY CAMP

Day camp is a safe environment to learn new games, make arts and crafts, practice outdoor cooking skills, develop environmental awareness and most of all — have fun with new friends and play in the water. It is the perfect experience for girls who want to get comfortable in the outdoors and explore new activities close to home. Each week has a theme with a variety of related activities, as well as traditional summer camp fun. Girls get to be decision-makers with leadership opportunities in every program. Campers will work on and may complete Girl Scout recognitions.

Camping and outdoor activities are still a favorite for girls at every age. In the summer, we offer the opportunity to attend one of our day, resident or family camps. Throughout the year, troops can camp in lodges and tents, learn outdoor and survival skills, and discover nature.
