Amity Acres Day Camp is more than just a summer camp – it’s about laughter and friendship; it’s confidence and imagination; community and adventure. It’s the place where you discover your personal strengths and harness the power of truly being yourself. From zip lining through the trees to canoeing across our lake, from horseback riding to a three night overnight stay, the opportunities to make this summer the best one yet are endless. When you team up with your fellow campers and embrace all that Amity Acres Day Camp has to offer, there’s no limit to what you can achieve!
Amity Acres Day Camp welcomes girls ages 3-15 and boys ages 3-11 to join our summer adventure. Our programs are separated into smaller groups based on grade level, so each camper engages in fun, age-appropriate activities while having the chance to connect with old friends as well as to meet someone new! All programs are run by our dedicated, trained team of counselors. With our long list of options and flexible schedule, you truly can create a summer that’s perfect for you.

Amity Acres Day Camp is a lot of fun. But, it's fun with a purpose. Through camp, children are exposed to ideas and information that will make a difference for the rest of their lives. It also teaches three basic, yet important skills.
Courage
Camp is a community unlike any other. Together, in what begins as an unfamiliar setting, campers find the courage within themselves to meet new people, make new friends, and bond together. Thereafter, camp becomes both familiar and comfortable; it's now the place they want to be. As they make choices and direct projects, girls learn to work well with others, become self-reliant, and develop their leadership skills.
Confidence
For many campers, Amity Acres Day Camp is their first experience away from parents, away from home, and away from familiarity - even if only for a day. Camp becomes their safe haven, where they unleash their unlimited potential, and where they develop the confidence they need to face any challenge.
Character
Camp is the ultimate character-building experience. It is a safe place to learn individual responsibility, to become empowered and to take care of themselves. Though camp counselors certainly provide structure, guidance, and supervision, a camper is responsible for her actions throughout the day, while assuming responsibility for personal belongings and making budget conscious decisions at the camp store, often for the very first time.
