Camps
Summer Camp:
(Capacity: 65 campers per session, co-ed, girls 8-17 and boys 11-15)
Sans Souci is a paradise for children who love horses, featuring an eight week summer, residential, camp, from June through August. The summer camp consists of four consecutive sessions of two weeks. Campers may register from one to eight weeks. Campers come from around the world to spend part of their summer vacation learning the skills and improving their technique in classical horseback riding and horsemanship. Each two week session ends with an exciting horse show and demonstration put on by the campers for their parents.
夏令营（范围：每期65个营员，男女同校，女孩8~17岁，男孩11~15岁）
桑苏营地是喜欢马的孩子的天堂，我们将通过住宿营的形式从七月至八月进行为期八周的学习，其中分为由两周一期组成的连续不断的四期教学。营员可以自愿报名参加一周到八周不等。来自世界各地的营员希望通过利用部分暑假时间来学习和提升在传统骑马和马术上的能力。在每两周一期的学习结束时，我们都会请营员家长参加由学员进行的刺激的马术示范表演。
Spring and Fall Week-end Camp:
(Capacity: 35 campers, girls 8-17 and boys 11-15)
Sans Souci continues to operate a residential riding camp for co-eds between the ages of 8 and 17 during the Spring from May through June and the Fall from September through October. The camp runs over 5 consecutive week-ends. Campers arrive Friday evening and depart Sunday afternoon. Transportation from a central pick-up point in Montreal is offered to and from the centre. The week-end program is similar to the summer camp program except that the riding time is increased to between three to four hours a day.
春秋季周末营（范围：35个营员，女孩8~17岁，男孩11~15岁）
内圣苏西将在五月至七月的春季以及九月至十月的秋季继续对8~17岁年龄的孩子开办男女混教的住宿骑营。这个营将会进行超过5次连续不断的周末教学。我们会在蒙特利尔的市中心设立一个接送点并对营员提供接送点与营地之间的接送，营员将在周五晚上到达营地并于周日下午离开。除了骑行学习时间增至三到四个小时每天以外，周末营基本与夏令营一样。
Extra Riding Lessons:
During the winter months, between November and April, experienced riders, who have previously been campers with us, can continue riding to improve their technique. Lessons are also available for beginner through advanced levels.
进阶骑行课：
在十一月至四月这段冬季期间，曾经参加过我们骑行营的骑手可以通过报名参加额外骑行课继续提高骑行的技能。同时我们也可以给初学者提供入门教学。
National Rider Level 1 through 6 Exams:
Sans Souci Riding Centre Inc. is accredited with the Quebec Equestrian Federation and, as such, is certified to offer the National Rider Level 1 through 6 exams. Keen riders who have the necessary skills and knowledge can register for the exams at anytime of the year

Riding Program
Sans Souci Riding Centre Inc. specializes in teaching the art of English horseback riding and therefore prioritizes the importance of high standards in their riding program. The centre specializes in 3-day eventing and has superb equestrian facilities oriented towards teaching the disciplines of dressage, cross-country and stadium jumping. Sans Souci's extensive facilities provide the scope for many types and levels of riding instruction and experience. The Centre sports several schooling rings, a 20 x 60 dressage ring, permanent hunt course and beautiful cross-country course made up of solid natural obstacles and water complex. A large indoor arena, with adjoining stable and tackroom, is available for use during inclement weather. Sans Souci has a stable of about forty, safe, well-trained horses and ponies.
The riding program is dually effective in teaching children both how to care for horses through a practical horsemanship program, which gives each child the opportunity to take care of their own horse on a daily basis and by teaching the children the mounted skills and techniques of English horseback riding through daily two hour riding lessons.

桑苏骑术中心公司专门从事于用英语来教学员骑马，因此非常重视给骑术项目设立高标准要求。总部专门从事于为期3天的综合全能马术比赛并拥有针对花式骑术训练，越野赛跑和露天大型运动场跳跃训练的极好的骑术设施。同时，内圣苏西还给各种类型各种等级的骑术教学和体验提供充分丰富的设施。体育中心还可以提供几种不同的教育环节，如20 x 60的花式骑术训练，长期的狩猎课程以及由可靠的自然障碍和水上综合设施组成的越野赛跑课程。另外，拥有紧密相连的马厩和策略房间的大型室内竞技场还能在恶劣天气为马术训练提供使用。除此之外，桑苏还拥有大约40只稳定数量的经过训练的安全的马匹和矮种马。
骑术教程对儿童的骑术有双重显著教学效果，首先，实际的马术教程通过让每个儿童拥有对马匹进行日常基本照顾的机会，使得儿童学会如何去照顾马匹。其次，通过每天长达两个小时的骑行课程用英语教会儿童有关骑马的知识技能。
营地活动
Activities
Summer days at Sans Souci are chock-full of fun and adventure. A favorite spot on hot days is the attractive graded swimming pool which is supervised at all times by a certified lifeguard. Some of the activities that are energetically played and supported include soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping-pong and team mini-Olympics.
在桑苏营的夏日充满了乐趣和探险，而在炎热的天气里最受欢迎的一个地方就是吸引人的分级游泳池，在那里我们还配备了全天候监控的救生员。除此之外我们还有很多其他有趣的活动，如足球，棒球，篮球，排球，羽毛球，乒乓球和迷你奥林匹克小组赛等等。
Leisure activities include nature hikes, arts and crafts, card games, board games and watching videos of riding lessons. Evenings range from quiet and relaxing to uproarious. Favorite night-time activities include singing around the campfire, marshmallow, hot dog and corn roasts, movies, talent shows, scavenger hunts, dances, musical slide-shows and carnival nights.
业余的活动包括有户外远足，美术课，手工课，纸牌游戏，棋类游戏以及观看有关于骑行课程的视频。而宁静的夜晚总能渐渐变得喧嚣热闹，因为夜间活动非常受人喜欢，我们的夜间活动包括有围着营火唱歌，看电影，才能秀，跳舞，音乐幻灯秀，寻宝游戏以及狂欢会，我们还会提供棉花糖，热狗和烤玉米等食物。
