ABOUT CAMP

We facilitate camper growth by offering an overnight Christian camp program that has been around for 142 combined years.  Camp Ridgecrest for Boys and Camp Crestridge for Girls each offer over 25 activities taught by solid Christian role models.  Our staff are highly trained, committed believers with a heart for children and youth ministry.  Join us for an unforgettable experience of fun encompassing physical, mental, social, and spiritual growth.

Campwide activities include all campers from every age group. These activities are typically high-energy, fun-filled games, allowing the different villages to mix together. From the moment the girls put on their green and white for Council of Progress, they know that they have entered into a world of special tradition.

Other events include Singspiration, Western Nights, Movie Night, Night of Chaos, and Christmas, all designed for great campwide enjoyment. The fun doesn’t stop there…Carnival is pure excitement where both camps come together to play on giant inflatable rides and in games of skill to win incredible prizes for their cabin.

The list of campwide activities goes on and on. From Village Night to Sock Wars, from Campfire Night to Overnights, Camp Crestridge provides fun at every level.

Since its first summer in 1929, many things have changed at Camp Ridgecrest for Boys. The mission however, has never changed.

We seek to provide our campers with an exciting summer that produces complete growth: physical, mental, social, and spiritual.

Camp Ridgecrest thrives on a strong program that reinforces this mission through challenges that are both fun and rewarding. Above all, we thrive on a love for Jesus Christ that permeates everything we do.

Our carefully selected Christian staff provides a program designed to train young people in the way they should go. At the same time, this same staff shows campers just how much fun it is to be a Christian.

Our campers are on a journey, one that is pushing them towards achievement and a greater understanding of themselves. On this journey they are offered friendship, encouragement, and the adventure of a lifetime.

In 1955, Camp Crestridge for Girls was founded with one purpose in mind: to develop girls physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually.

Today, our focus remains the same: honoring Christ in all that we do, having a great time while doing it, and providing a camp program of excellence. The Crestridge program challenges campers in many ways through relationships, activities, and spiritual direction.

A love for Jesus Christ and young people is our primary criteria for hiring our carefully selected staff. A girl's life journey will take many twists and turns.

When her journey follows the path to Crestridge, she is instilled with grace, love, and a passion for God. A summer at Crestridge is truly unforgettable.
