Camp Adventure Guide

Are you ready for a great adventure? The 2015 Camp Adventure Guide is now online as an interactive flipbook. This revamped camp publication features Resident, Family, Day and Troop Camping opportunities for 2015. From new troop opportunities like Troop Camp Blitz to specialty camps like Camp Katniss, there is something for everyone this summer at Girl Scout Camp!
Girl Scout Camp inspires girls to dream big and reach high while they have fun, learn life lessons and build leadership skills. Camp is where girls can be who they really are, free from peer pressure, while strengthening their self-esteem. Send her to camp and watch her grow. We believe no girl should be left inside.
Are you ready for a great adventure? Campers spend their days and nights at one of our beautiful camp locations. During the camp program, they will have the opportunity to interact with other girls and leave camp with lasting friendships.
All lodging accommodations are clean and comfortable and range from a four-person tent unit to a 32-person lodge.
This is the best opportunity for girls to experience the outdoors and appreciate nature. The programs are open to girls in kindergarten to 11th grade. In addition to the basic camp program, which includes campfires, outdoor cooking, games, songs, group living and eating in the dining hall, girls will make decisions on what they want to do at camp for the ultimate experience!

Horseback Riding

Discover a unique horseback riding experience at Camp Cedarledge! Located in Pevely, Mo, approximately 45 minutes from the Girl Scout Service Center, our equestrian program is run by experienced wranglers who help girls of all levels discover the joy of horses.
Girl Scout Daisies and Brownies will become more confident with horses while a wrangler leads them on a pony ride. Girl Scout Juniors through Ambassadors will connect with horses on a 45-minute trail ride while winding through the wooded trails of camp.
All programs have a 15-person limit. Troops that exceed the 15-person limit can choose two time slots. Adults are not required to ride as wranglers secure ratios on the trail ride.
