Our Mission Statement
“Metigoshe Ministries is Adventure Anchored in Christ where people experience and celebrate the gifts of God in a life together.”

Metigoshe Ministries, rooted in the Lutheran tradition, provides:
Summer Bible camp for elementary youth through college freshmen
Day camps in area congregations
Summer Bible camp for campers with developmental and physical disabilities
Retreats all-year-round for youth, adults, and families
Facilities for family reunions, weddings and plan-your-own retreats
A high ropes course for team building

Are you a night owl who loves to be up all hours, then wake up late in the morning? Then Stargazers is the week of camp for you! In addition to all of the great regular Camp Metigoshe programming, you will see camp in a whole new way. You’ll learn about the moon, stars and constellations and the enormous size of God’s Creation. Worship and Bible study at 2 in the morning, popcorn and a movie, night games and night hikes through the woods are all a part of this new camp. Come experience camp in a whole new “light”–the dark night sky of Stargazers!
Camp begins at 5:00 pm on Sunday and concludes at 7:00 pm on Wednesday.

Bible camp–it’s not just for kids anymore! Pause your hectic family schedule to do Bible camp together. You will play in the woods, worship around the campfire, and make memories everywhere.
Families will stay in the comfortable, adult-friendly accommodations of the Christian Center, but spend their days at Pelican Lake.

Facility Rental Reunions
Spending time with family and friends is one of life’s great joys. Metigoshe Ministries can accommodate your reunion, large or small, and make the time you spend together truly special. We have a range of lodging choices from RV hookups to hotel-like comfortable theme rooms. We can either prepare scrumptious meals for you or you can rent our large kitchen space to prepare your own meals. We have ample spaces for you to reconnect with each other talking, laughing, and reminiscing. Our property offers plenty of activities, including access to Lake Metigoshe, volleyball, basketball, biking and trail access. Metigoshe Ministries is your complete reunion destination.
