ABOUT CAMP
Guides provides a unique girl only space. International research has shown that boys and girls learn very differently. Guides are encouraged by Leaders and peers to explore their personal boundaries, in a safe and secure atmosphere. By this,Guides learn that girls can do anything.It’s an energy the girls generate because they want to be there and:
have a direct say in what they do
learn to plan, action, and evaluate their activities
can discover what kind of person they are
confidence with physical challenges

Australian Guide Program
The Australian Guide Program (AGP) helps girls to learn life-skills and leadership while having fun, making friends and enjoying the outdoors.

ACTIVITIES
Activities
Outdoor Cooking - fire troughs are available as well as the campfire circles
Hiking - there are good hiking trails nearby and through out the campsite
Bouldering Wall - horizontal climbing wall suitable for all ages
Sports - volleyball net is permanently set up .
City in the Trees - build your own treehouse and sleep in it
High Ropes Challenge Course - incorporating a rock wall and lots of challenging elements
Low Ropes Course - for those not keen on heights this is a fun alternative where you will still be challenged
Playground - let the children have fun on the playground
Adventure Course - this is a basic course which will encourage people to challenge themselves and also good for team building
Swimming - the beach is beautiful and safe for swimming
Fishing - a popular fishing spot with mulloway, mullet, trout and whiting caught regularly
