It is in the spirit of a 'retreat', that Camp URSA was created. A camp designed to provide a relaxing and safe 'get-away' for individuals with disabilities and their families. It is an affordable recreation and respite service, combining the charm of a relaxing country setting with the comfort of modern conveniences. Together, these elements enhance the quality of every activity and everyday during your stay.

Situated on 18-acres of land, nestled in the midst of green forest and rolling hills, the facility is a 40 minute drive from Calgary and is located close to all amenities including emergency services.

Camp URSA is the perfect spot for:

• relaxing by the waterfall

• reading in the library

• outdoor sports

• picnics/bbq's

• nature walks

• arts and crafts

• watching movies by the fireplace

• bird watching

• camp fires

• music, karaoke and dancing
