Welcome to Dallas Valley, where you can enjoy the beauty of God's creation combined with a well-balanced camp, outdoor education or conference experience. We know that people thrive when given the chance to spend time together as well as experience the outdoors through activity and adventure.

Riding Clubs

Riding Club is an exciting way to make friends and learn horse care and riding skills with other kids from camp! The Dallas Valley Riding Club will run weekly with a maximum of twelve students per group. The students will learn and/or build on the skills of...

?horse care and safety
?saddling and bridling
?basic to higher-level riding
?the various horse disciplines
?communication with other riders
?fun group horse games!

Junior & Intermediate Camps

Junior camp is for our youngest campers, typically 9-10 year-olds. They participate in skills all together as a cabin with their leaders, and get to experience all of the skills throughout the week. Juniors also get riding sessions every day, with one-on-one assistance from the older Western Riding campers.

Intermediate camp is our most popular camp, and is typically for 11-13 year-olds. Intermediate campers get to choose their favourite activities to participate in every day to improve their skills and build up confidence.  All camps include daily chapel times with singing and talks from the camp speaker, as well as daily devotionals with their cabin leaders. Through fun and friendships, the program emphasizes the development of self-esteem, physical and interpersonal skills, and spiritual values.  Both Junior and Intermediate weeks take place at Main camp. It features a large ranch house with a dining hall and rec room, and individual cabins for camper living quarters, with a capacity of more than 130 campers per session.

Junior & Teen Camps

Junior Teen and Teen Camps are for older campers. These campers pick their favourite activities to participate in every day, and are challenged to take their skills to a higher level. With more free time in the schedule for campers to hang out, and a smaller, more intimate setting, campers often develop meaningful and lasting friendships during the week.

Teen camp is for our oldest campers, with particular emphasis on spiritual development and discipleship training. This camp is excellent preparation for campers who may want to participate in the Leader In Training program in future years.
